At this stage, your staff and volunteers will have different training needs across different roles. Look to give everyone basic awareness of sustainability, with deeper dives for your sustainability leads.

Deepen your knowledge and understanding of climate change and sustainability

This involves increasing your leadership team's knowledge and awareness of the key issues, and challenges related to sustainability and climate change, helping them to understand the urgent need to prioritise action in becoming a more sustainable setting.
