This website is funded and commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE), and operated on their behalf.

The website (www.sustainabilitysupportforeducation.org.uk) is operated by TPXimpact Ltd whose registered address is The Hickman, 2 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1EW, on behalf of DfE. This is done in conjunction with their operating partners, United Learning, whose registered address is Worldwide House, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SB and and Blue Marble, whose registered address is Meadowbank, Longmeadow Road, Lympstone, England, EX8 5LF. Any mention hereunder of TPXimpact is mention of TPXimpact alongside their operating partners.

The terms “us” and “we” refer to the Department for Education. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Digital and technical standards for schools and colleges

In March 2022, DfE launched a set of digital and technology standards for schools and colleges. Meeting the standards can help you make more informed decisions about technology leading to safer, more cost-efficient practices and new learning opportunities for students. DfE Digital and Technical standards can be found here. If you are experiencing technical issues such as latency or low bandwidth while using resources or specific technology, please refer to DfE connectivity related standards that include broadband, network switches, network cabling and wireless networks.
