Develop a biodiversity delivery plan

Use your biodiversity assessment to establish clear objectives for biodiversity gains. This means ensuring your operations have a measurably positive impact on biodiversity, compared from the point you did your biodiversity assessment.

Consider any strategies to mitigate, avoid, and offset impacts that will be required. Your plan should detail actions to enhance habitat and species diversity, with an implementation plan specifying timelines, responsibilities, and resources.

Monitoring and evaluation are crucial for tracking progress and making adjustments. The plan should also include regular progress reports for stakeholders and outline long-term management strategies to sustain biodiversity benefits.
