Develop a behaviour change programme

Develop a range of educational sessions to encourage your community to adopt sustainable habits and practices and support your setting in embedding this into its ethos and culture. These should cover a range of topics, including energy, active travel, food, water use and waste. Be sure to tap into your student voice.

This ensures your community and parent body are aware of sustainable behaviours, and have the knowledge, skills and motivation to practice them. These sessions can also help you to identify barriers to sustainability habits, and how to resolve them. This action is key to maximising the impact and success of your sustainability projects.

Create a list to save actions and resources, or make a plan for your setting.
