Part of Let’s Go Zero, Climate Action Advisors are independent experts who offer free support for schools, colleges, and nurseries across England.
Engage your staff and stakeholders in any climate adaptation goals and targets
Include your staff and relevant stakeholders in the development of your climate adaptation goals and target-setting by actively consulting them and, where appropriate, involving them in the decision-making process. This could be done at department level, or via working groups, workshops, focus groups, or collaborative goal-setting sessions. Gather feedback through surveys or polls and your regular communication routes.
By doing this, your setting can build awareness and develop a more inclusive, well-rounded approach to climate adaptation planning and target-setting.
