Use extra-curricular clubs as opportunities to increase biodiversity

Identify ways to integrate biodiversity-focused projects and activities into informal learning and extra-curricular clubs. This action can be adapted to suit different settings, such as nature walks in early years settings through to gardening clubs for young people.

This provides real-world learning experiences to foster a deeper connection to nature, as well as reinforcing any formal learning on the topic of biodiversity.

Create a list to save actions and resources, or make a plan for your setting.
