Part of Let’s Go Zero, Climate Action Advisors are independent experts who offer free support for schools, colleges, and nurseries across England.
Share your curriculum aims with stakeholders
Inform your community about your goals for teaching about the climate, environment and sustainability. You should do this once you have completed your curriculum and green skills audit and developed any climate education aims in agreement with your leadership.
Taking this approach will help to gain support and involvement from parents and staff, ensuring everyone understands and reinforces the same environmental messages. It also provides an opportunity to gather feedback, which can help to align your aims with the values and needs of your community.
