Complete a water audit

Gather historical water usage data, inspect all water fixtures, check for drips and leaks, and measure flow rates. This information can then be analysed to identify opportunities for reducing usage, such as fixing leaks, upgrading to low-flow fixtures, and encouraging behavioural changes to conserve water.

To gather historical water consumption data, you can contact your water supplier, review past water bills, check meter readings, consult maintenance records, and use any available management systems or online utility portals to identify usage patterns and trends.

Conducting a water audit in your school conserves resources, saves costs, promotes environmental responsibility and provides educational value.
