Build a whole-setting awareness of biodiversity

Educate everyone at your setting, including your staff, children and young people, and parents (where appropriate), about the importance of biodiversity and actions we can take to support it.

It can be helpful to use the results of your biodiversity assessment as talking points or learning opportunities as part of this process. There are many ways to engage and educate your setting's community to achieve this goal, which can be adapted to your setting's specific needs.

You might use educational workshops, nature walks, interactive displays, parent newsletters, fundraisers, and involving your community in any biodiversity initiatives.

Create a list to save actions and resources, or make a plan for your setting.
