Collect significant supplier data
Collate the results of your significant supplier survey into a clear, accessible format that can be used regularly, reviewed and easily analysed.
In most instances, the simplest method for doing this is to create a spreadsheet where this information can be captured, supported by a folder to capture the completed survey forms. For larger, more complex settings, you may want to consider using an online tool, or the use of a commercially available greenhouse gas (GHG) management software package.
The data you capture here will be used to calculate your setting's carbon footprint. It is important to consider who will need to access this information in the future, and who will be responsible for managing the information it contains.
