Costing your setting's decarbonisation plan is essential to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of your sustainability initiatives. This will help you to prioritise actions based on budget constraints and potential impact.
Producing a well-costed plan enables you to better communicate your setting's financial needs to key decision makers, so you can secure the required funding. And, in some cases, a costed decarbonisation plan may also be required in order to access relevant funding and grants. This approach helps your setting demonstrate a clear, financially sound pathway to achieving your decarbonisation goals set out in your decarbonisation strategy.
